We are looking for a skilled Dutch Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Lisbon. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global client and be part of a talented team.

About the Role

As a Dutch Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include addressing inquiries related to products, services, and technical issues, resolving customer complaints and challenges efficiently and professionally, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless customer service and solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a native or fluent Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role is a plus. You should also have strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, as well as the ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
