We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via various channels.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is fluent in Dutch and English. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients through phone, live chat, email, and social media
  • Address client inquiries related to account setup, verification, login issues, financial concerns, and technical difficulties
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, particularly in the sports industry
  • Respond quickly to client questions, concerns, and feedback
  • Build strong relationships with clients through clear and effective communication
  • Maintain high service standards in line with company policies
  • Provide suggestions for process and service improvements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Fluent Dutch language skills (C2 level)
  • Fluent English language skills (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
