Customer Service Specialist for Dutch-Speaking Clients

As a Customer Service Specialist for Dutch-Speaking Clients, you will be the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support. Our dynamic team is seeking motivated individuals to join us in Lisbon, Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Assist customers via multiple communication channels, resolving their inquiries quickly and effectively.
  • Web Services Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our web services, offering accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing effective and personalized solutions.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • CUSTOMER FEEDBACK: Gather and report valuable customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Documentation: Log customer interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
