Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Apply2Day.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
  2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  3. Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication
  4. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools
  5. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native Dutch language (C1-C2)
  • Very good command of English (B2)
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
