About the Job

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide multilingual support to clients via phone, email, and social media
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services

Requirements

  • Native level of German and at least a B2 level of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a multinational organization
