About the role



At Catawiki, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support. Your expertise will help resolve complex issues, manage disputes, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities



* Provide top-notch support to customers via various channels, including email, phone, and social media
* Resolve disputes between buyers and sellers in a fair and timely manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues
* Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

Skills and qualifications



* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
* Proficiency in Dutch and English
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field (desirable)
