Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Portugal. This is a full-time position with indefinite contracts, offering a competitive salary and performance bonus.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that performance goals are met across all operations, providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels such as phone, chat, and mail. You will also handle questions from B2C customers, resolve product or service problems, and provide accurate information using the right methods/tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications- You should have a high level of German (written and oral) and a good level of English.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit are essential.
- Prior experience in Customer Service is required, and a taste for new technologies is a plus.
- Full-time position with indefinite contracts.
- Competitive salary: €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
