Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers who require assistance with our app and related software. Your primary responsibility will be to provide solutions and step-by-step guides to help customers troubleshoot issues and get the most out of our products.
Your expertise will be invaluable in advising customers on software and app updates, as well as informing them of the best ways to resolve issues outside of our scope. When necessary, you will also communicate with second-level support teams to escalate recurrent issues that they may not be aware of.
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and the technical team. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will enable you to analyze customer requests and respond accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment where you have handled phone inquiries;
- Fluency in Spanish (C1 level) and English;
