In this exciting role as a Technical Customer Support Specialist in Portugal, you'll be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence across all operations, meeting performance goals, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, driving quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Take incoming user requests via various channels, log call details, and provide timely responses and resolutions to customers.
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings by actively updating customers on status and resolution progress reports.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on post-sales requests, including delivery, warranties, and refunds.
  • Support inbound sales efforts, selling products while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • Proficiency or bilingualism in German and English (B2 level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with empathy and teamwork.
  • Ability to adapt to unplanned situations methodically and efficiently.
  • Strong customer service orientation.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary, performance bonus, and benefits package that includes full-time contracts, flexible work arrangements, and career development opportunities. Our estimated salary range for this position is €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
