We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Accs - Ares Customer Care Solutions Gmbh in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a full-time opportunity that requires native or near-native proficiency in Dutch/Flemish and excellent communication skills in English (at least B2 level).
About the Role
This position involves assisting clients of a video streaming platform through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat. You will be responsible for identifying customer issues, handling complaints, providing solutions and alternatives, and guiding customers within set time limits.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to:
- Use cheat sheets, guides, and protocols provided during training to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution;
- Document each action taken in a CRM system in detail;
- Collaborate with other agents or teams when dealing with complex cases;
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer inquiries;
- Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch/Flemish, both oral and written;
- Fluent English language skills (at least B2 level);
- At least one year of proven customer communication experience (e.g., email and phone);
- Able to work 3-day shifts rotation, including weekends;
- Accurate, efficient, and respectful communication manner;
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
- A resourceful and stress-resilient personality;
- Social Media Savviness;
- Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC-based internet and software applications (e.g., internet, Microsoft Office).
