Your Role & Responsibilities

To provide exceptional customer support by resolving queries and troubleshooting issues within defined SLAs, working independently and efficiently to meet targets. You'll interact with customers via phone, email, or chat, improving your skill level through self-development or training programs.

  • Meet Quality Scores, SLAs, and bring innovation and process improvement
  • Work effectively in a team, enthusing others to achieve common goals
  • Consistently meet or exceed all agreed productivity parameters
Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service or technical voice support
  • Good fluency in English, Dutch, and Flemish language, both written and spoken
  • Experience handling complaints and delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Strong analytical thinking abilities and high attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and minimal supervision required
