**THE ROLE**
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- Participate in advertising open roles and developing other initiatives to ensure optimal external exposure and attract top talent.
- Perform reporting and administrative tasks as directed, adhering to internal processes and meeting established SLAs and deadlines.
- Participate in relevant training to further develop your understanding of Talent Acquisition and FARFETCH as a whole.
- Contribute to internal process improvement projects.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- A graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or another related field.
- Passionate about people and motivated to build a career in recruitment.
- A team player eager to learn, with strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Ideally, you have some experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Available full-time.
