A área de Human Resources tem a preocupação de acompanhar todo o percurso dos colaboradores (e potenciais colaboradores) desde o primeiro contacto com a Xpand IT.
Garante que existe um processo de recrutamento rigoroso e um onboarding acolhedor para que todos sejam bem recebidos e integrados. Tem a responsabilidade da boa gestão de todos os benefícios, parcerias e protocolos, bem como a missão de dinamizar a comunidade de Xpanders, sempre com o objetivo de promover a cultura humana da Xpand IT, assente em fortes valores.
O objetivo maior passa por criar relações duradouras e de confiança que garantam o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional de cada Xpander.
Quais as principais responsabilidades?
Enquanto Payroll Specialist, serás responsável por várias atividades do ciclo de processamento salarial da empresa, e o seu correto report ao Payroll & Benefits Lead. Para o sucesso nesta função é fulcral o método e a capacidade de organização por forma a inserir e manter a informação relevante dos colaboradores nas aplicações da organização. Será ainda importante o sentido de inovação por forma a otimizar as etapas do processo de payroll, bem como o software utilizado no dia a dia.
**Diariamente serás responsável por**:
Operacionalizar e validar todo o processo de payroll end-to-end
Inserir e manter dados e informação de recursos humanos nas apps internas da organização
Participar na otimização do respetivo software
Assegurar a comunicação atempada de obrigações declarativas às entidades legais (Autoridade Tributária, Segurança Social, Fundos de Compensação, Seguros)
Fazer toda a gestão contratual (processos de admissão, renovação e cessação de contratos)
Assegurar a gestão de processos no âmbito de estágios profissionais e medidas de incentivo do IEFP, assim como o cumprimento das obrigatoriedades ao nível de SST
Gerir e fazer benchmarking de benefícios dos colaboradores
Rever e implementar políticas e procedimentos internos numa ótica de melhoria contínua
Trabalhar na configuração e monitorização de KPI
Analisar e garantir esclarecimento de dúvidas aos diversos intervenientes
Relatório ao Payroll & Benefits Lead de toda a informação relevante da área
Que Skills precisas de ter?
Formação superior em Recursos Humanos, Gestão, Finanças ou Direito
Mínimo de 7 anos de experiência na área
Será valorizada a experiência profissional em atividades de payroll em ambientes de outsourcing
Sólidos conhecimentos de cálculo salarial, legislação laboral, código fiscal e contributivo
Sentido crítico e analítico, com atenção ao detalhe e ao cruzamento de dados
Excelente ética de trabalho
Experiência com plataformas colaborativas e ERPs
Experiência em análise e melhoria de processos administrativos e cuja implementação torne a organização mais ágil
Capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita em ambiente informal
Capacidade de relações interpessoais, incluindo a capacidade de lidar com situações desafiantes
Forte capacidade de gestão de tempo e organização pessoal para trabalhar num ambiente de multi-tasking e de prioridades repentinas
Discrição, rigor e sentido de confidencialidade
Conhecimento de ferramentas de informática na ótica do utilizador
Proficiência na língua inglesa
