As an Operations Field Technician you will be responsible for the ensuring that our chargers work flawlessly and that we provide a great support and charging experience to our users. You will be in contact with subcontractors, monitor and manage our existing infrastructure. At the same time the Operations Field Technician will be supported by a central team that is 100% focused in constantly optimizing operations processes development and to help the individual maximize the success of its efforts.

The Operations Field Technician will have a dynamic day-to-day life characterised by a multiplicity of functions of the greatest importance in the portuguese Market for the user support and Maintenance:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide remote and local assistance in EV chargers.
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on Powerdot’s chargers;
- Be responsible for the commissioning of new chargers in the beginning of their operation;
- Establish and organise new partnerships with technical assistance service providers.
- Ensure an efficient coordination between Powerdot’s team and the technical service providers by establishing and measure KPIs and SLAs.
- Partner with our suppliers to provide the best support to the user and ensure uptime and service level, according to the defined KPIs.
- Define new maintenance and support processes.
