An international company with a newly established office in Lisbon is looking for a Customer Support Manager

As the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating customer support operations while prioritizing the needs of VIP users. You will also analyze team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to ensure best practices in this field resulting in a positive work environment, fostered strong relationships with VIP clients, and continuous enhancement of the customer support experience for both the account managers and the VIP users.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify areas for improvement within the customer support team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient resolution of customer issues

Provide training and ongoing development opportunities to team members, enhancing their product knowledge, customer service skills, and process efficiency

Monitor team performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to improve response time, resolution rate, and overall customer satisfaction;
Drive process improvement initiatives, identifying bottlenecks, proposing and implementing enhancements, and leveraging technology to optimize workflows

Generate comprehensive reports on team performance, customer feedback, and trends, utilizing data analysis to identify areas of improvement and opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, providing valuable insights and coordinating efforts to address customer needs

Foster strong customer relationships and maintain a customer-centric culture within the team, upholding our company's values and commitment to exceptional service

Effectively manage and escalate customer issues that require further attention, collaborating with relevant stakeholders for swift resolution

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer support or similar role, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service

Proven experience in the online gaming/fintech industry

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive performance improvements

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of customer support best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Project Management or Organizational Sciences is a must

A minimum of 2 years experience in customer support roles is a must

Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English is a must

High Proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools

Familiar with traditional and modern training processes

High organizational and time management skills

Critical and out-of-the box thinking

Strategic and creative mindset

Proficiency in French/ Spanish/ Italian is a plus
