**What You'll Do**
- You will identify growth opportunities for the ecommerce of one of the biggest markets within Emma
- You will run e-commerce analysis on a frequent basis and come up out of the box ideas to increase the main KPIs
- You will drive projects by managing different teams and stakeholders
- You will be using strategic thinking on a daily basis to create an impact
- You will collaborate with our marketing teams and product category managers to implement new ideas and build a best-in-class buying experience
**What you'll bring to us**
- You are passionate about the online customer buying journey and are obsessed with e-commerce metrics
- You are strategic and can lead multiple projects simultaneously
- You are a storyteller and experimenter and you proactively seek customer feedback
- You like to think and act rationally and effectively
- You are a self-starter and can work independently
- You are curious and hungry to learn
- You are not afraid to negotiate, train, manage and above all to learn perpetually, and as quickly as possible
- You are fluent in English, additional languages (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese...) are a plus
