O Groupe SEB procura um(a) **E-Commerce Activation**, reportando diretamente ao E-Commerce Manager, para reforçar o Departamento Comercial na sua sede em Lisboa:
**Missão**:
Em linha com a estratégia global definida pela Direcção Geral e Comercial, e trabalhando de forma coordenada e transversal com os responsáveis comerciais de cada área de vendas, desenvolver e implementar planos de negócios para os principais parceiros E-retail.
**Principais responsabilidades**:
- Identificar estratégias e definir, em conjunto com o E-Commerce Manager e com os responsáveis comerciais um plano de ativação para os clientes selecionados e respetivas plataformas E-Retail;
- Realizar o briefing dos projetos junto da agência para desenvolvimento dos key Visuals para as campanhas digitais;
- Criar estratégias e implementar as campanhas digitais através da plataforma de E-Retail Media;
- Implementar e realizar um follow up constante das estratégias comerciais digitais para alavancar a eficiência das vendas assim como para garantir uma visibilidade adequada do conteúdo digital dos nossos produtos;
- Seguir a estratégia de Gestão de Canais, participar na definição de promoções e preços, gamas e campanhas online;
- Colaborar em projetos de Category Management, Visibilidade e Merchandising online e de implementação de campanhas online;
- Identificar novas tendências e oportunidades e-commerce para o crescimento do negócio e implementar planos de acção;
- Construir, analisar e realizar relatórios de follow up de performance & KPI’s das ações comerciais.
**Requisitos**:
- Habilitações:
Licenciatura em Ciências Empresariais ou Marketing.
- Experiência:
Experiência mínima de 3 anos na área comercial e/ou marketing - requisitos chave (Gestão comercial, Gestão financeira, Gestão de vendas, Marketing Digital).
- Outros conhecimentos e competências:
Conhecimento e Experiência em E-Commerce e do mercado online (obrigatório);
Conhecimento da Distribuição e principais Players no mercado português de Eletrodomésticos (preferencial);
Conhecimentos e experiência em Marketing digital;
Competências de análise de data, desenvolvimento de métricas e relatórios associados à sua área;
Competências avançadas de comunicação escrita, oral ou eletrónica;
Capacidade para trabalhar de forma transversal;
Fortes conhecimentos de informática.
- Idiomas:
Inglês fluente (obrigatório) e conhecimentos de Espanhol e/ou Francês (valorizado).
