Procuramos um(a) consultor de Helpdesk para um projeto em Lisboa.
Quem procuramos:
-Formação Académica Superior ou 12.º ano ou experiência equivalente;
-Experiência na resolução de incidentes e pedidos de microinformática seja presencial ou remotamente;
- Conhecimentos de Windows, MacOS e Hardware (impressoras);
- Disponibilidade para prevenções e horários rotativos;
- Inglês B1/B2;
-Capacidade analítica, pensamento crítico e criativo;
-Responsabilidade, proatividade, autonomia e dinamismo;
-Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão, em equipa e de gerir múltiplas atividades;
-Capacidade de resolução de problemas e de comunicação eficaz.
