Customer Service Representative Portuguese & Spanish Healthcare Sector (Portugal-based)
We are looking for a compassionate and detail-driven Customer Service Representative fluent in Portuguese and Spanish to join a dedicated support team in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector.
Location: Remote (Portugal) on-site presence in Braga once a month
Start Date: 26 June 2025
Schedule: Monday to Friday, regular business hours
Your mission:
Youll assist healthcare clients with inquiries related to medical products, procedures, and pharmaceutical support. Your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically will help ensure quality service and compliance with healthcare standards.
What youll do:
Respond to client queries via phone, email, and chat
Offer guidance on healthcare and pharmaceutical products
Accurately document all cases and follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams for escalated matters
Stay up to date on healthcare protocols and compliance regulations
What were looking for:
Native-level Portuguese and advanced Spanish (C1)
- A degree in Nursing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biomedicine (mandatory)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfortable working in a structured, regulated environment
- Based in Portugal, with stable internet and availability for occasional in-person meetings in Braga
