Your Responsibilities
- Setting ambitious yet achievable goals, developing strategic plans to reach them, and executing with urgency and intensity to deliver measurable outcomes
- Take ownership of assigned projects or tasks from inception to completion, including defining clear objectives, plans, and deliverables
- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or obstacles and develop mitigation strategies
- Drive accountability by ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities
- Act as a champion for our results‑driven culture within the team and organization
- Build, coach, and empower A+ teams to reach their potential and provide 5‑star experiences to our users and partners
- Project‑based assignments with clear objectives spread across different geographies
- Deep dive into value creation, process improvement and organizational growth
- Thinking out of the box, brainstorming and strategizing to challenge status quo and aim at accelerating our momentum and efficient scaling

Start date and Travel: Flexible start date. This role will cover all four markets, so regular travel will be part of what we have in mind for you It will also include extended stays working hands‑on with the teams in the different locations.
