Business Development Manager (m/f) Lisboa | Portugal Our Client is a global creative agency who is looking for a Business Development Manager. Your mission will be to Identify potential clients in the target market and generate qualified leads Assume the strategic responsibility of identifying new business opportunities through market research Develop business for mid-sized and large companies, focused on international expansion Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Oversee client relationships, ensuring clear communication and a high level of satisfaction What we are looking for 4+ years of experience in sales and business development Proven experience in business development for mid-sized and large companies Solid understanding of business challenges and customer expectations A results-driven mindset with motivation to achieve goals Excellent communication and negotiation skills Multitask and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English; additional languages would be a plus
