We bring a cohesive, cross-channel solution to increase performance for every brand we touch. **We’re hiring – Digital Executive (Lisbon)** **Job Description*** Definition of the Digital Marketing strategy: identification of objectives, definition of audiences, identification of channels and buying types, investment split, definition of KPIs, definition of value propositions, creative contexts and conception of the strategic approach.* Setup, implementation and structuring of campaigns on the different platforms: Google, Meta, TikTok and other existing biddable platforms.* Monitoring/optimization of digital marketing campaigns taking into account the defined KPIs.* Reporting of the results generated by Digital Marketing actions with quantitative and qualitative analysis of data.* Client Management: managing relationships with different teams and clients (national and international).**Qualifications*** Minimum of 2 year of experience in implementing, monitoring, optimizing and reporting on Digital Marketing campaigns.* Proven experience in using tools related to Digital Marketing (namely Meta Business Manager and Google Ads) as well as Office tools (Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Power Point, etc);* Ability to organize and meet deadlines, proactivity and team spirit.* Understanding and focus on clients' business/communication strategy and clear understanding of the definition and control of KPIs (Brand Awareness, Consideration and Conversion).* Bachelor's Degree in Management and/or Marketing degree (preferred).**What We Offer*** A dynamic and collaborative team environment* Hybrid work model (Lisbon-based)* Continuous training and development opportunities* Competitive benefits and a culture of well-being**Additional Information Benefits & Perks:*** Agile work environment* 22 days of holidays + 3 wellness days + Birthday day off* Healthcare insurance for you**Inclusion & Diversity** *We value the strength diversity brings to our business and are working hard to build a more inclusive workplace through partnerships with Stonewall, Business Disability Forum and Business in the Community’s race and gender equality campaigns.
