Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch assistance across various channels. Your clear communication and problem-solving mindset will ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for every user.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver prompt, high-quality support via phone, email, chat, and social platforms
- Assist users with tasks such as setting up accounts, resolving login and identity issues, managing transactions, and troubleshooting tech problems
- Approach every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-driven attitude
- Respond to inquiries with accuracy and urgency, always keeping the customer’s needs in focus
- Build trust and rapport through thoughtful, clear communication

Requirements:

- Fluent in French (C2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
