Your Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with inquiries about skincare, haircare, makeup, and fragrance products.

- Provide support for orders, payment issues, shipping, and other product-related questions with empathy and professionalism.

- Offer tailored advice and recommendations to customers, ensuring they have the best experience with the brand’s products.

- Represent a globally recognized beauty brand by delivering excellent customer service in every interaction.

We are looking for someone who:

- Is a native French speaker with excellent communication skills.

- Has a passion for beauty, cosmetics, and self-care (experience or education in the beauty industry is a plus).

- Enjoys connecting with people and is excited to work in a multicultural team.

- Is adaptable, reliable, and motivated to provide the best customer experience.

- Holds EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.

Relocation and Accommodation:
For international candidates, support is provided to ease your transition to Lisbon, including:
