Workster is looking for talented Russian speakers to join our clients dynamic customer service team for Gaming Industry abroad, located in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity to represent some of the world’s leading companies across various industries and provide exceptional service.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Assist with inquiries about account and payment processes;
- Resolve login and registration difficulties;
- Handle hacked accounts and restore characters;
- Address questions about the reward program;
- Answer queries about tokens and pre-paid game cards;
- Handle any payment-related inquiries and process refunds;
- Professionally manage customer data.
- Please note that proficiency in both Russian and English, both orally and in writing, is a prerequisite for this position.
**Your Qualifications**
- C1 level (written and spoken) Russian and English
- Gaming knowledge is required
- Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful and stress-resistant personality that can adapt and stay calm in all situations
