HR Administration Officer Trainee

Positions in this sub-family are responsible for providing a full set of HR professional services ranging between the onboarding of new employees and the overall management of employees queries during their entire life‑cycle experience at BNP Paribas.
Main Responsibilities
- Produce and manage all contractual documents and follow‑through all other support documentation for hiring purposes.
- Update internal databases with new hire/employee information.
- Gather payroll data and working days.
- Partner with management promoting Human Resources policies, procedures, programs/tools and internal rulings based on labor law.
- Answer questions from other HR teams/professionals and employees regarding HR matters, providing clear understanding of processes and applicable governance.
- Protect the interests of employees and the organization in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
- Able to handle problems which may be difficult but typically not complex.
Profile and Skills
- Academic Background: Management, Social Sciences or Human Resources.
- Fluent in English.
- Good communication skills – oral & written.
- Organization ability and time management.
- Ability to collaborate/teamwork.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a project.
