A empresa que o irá contratar:
- Um dos principais players do setor de serviços em Portugal, uma empresa especializada no segmento de energia solar.
As suas futuras funções:
1. Prospeção Telefónica e gestão de novos clientes, identificando oportunidades de vendas tendo por base uma base de dados facultada pela empresa.
2. Possibilidade de realizar visitas presenciais a clientes B2B, fornecendo apresentações de produtos/serviços, demonstrações e recolha de assinatura em contratos.
3. Construir relacionamentos de confiança e de longo prazo com os clientes, compreendendo as suas necessidades e fornecendo soluções personalizadas.
4. Gerir todo o ciclo de vendas, desde a geração de leads até o fecho de negócios, garantindo a conquista de metas e objetivos estabelecidos.
5. Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipa interna para garantir a entrega eficiente e eficaz dos produtos/serviços aos clientes finais do nosso cliente.
6. Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre as tendências do mercado e as mudanças no setor, de modo a identificar oportunidades.
Requisitos:
1. Ensino Secundário — 12.º ano.
2. Experiência comprovada em vendas, preferencialmente no setor da energia ou similares (essencial).
3. Habilidades excelentes de comunicação e negociação, com a capacidade de construir relacionamentos eficazmente.
4. Orientação para resultados, com habilidades comprovadas em alcançar e superar metas de vendas.
5. Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma e gerir efetivamente o tempo e os recursos.
6. Conhecimento básico em informática e sistemas de CRM (não obrigatório).
