The Microsoft 365 Exchange & Collaboration Expert is part of a team maintaining the support and delivery of the M365 Exchange & Collaboration services for all AXA entities worldwide. What You Will Do / Responsibilities

- Maintain the global M365 platform with planned maintenance, updates, upgrades, patching, migrations, consolidations, deployments, and project support.

- Assess and test new features for Exchange Online & M365 Collaboration services released by Microsoft.

- Proactively ensure the highest levels of security and availability.

- Maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures; ensure knowledge transfer to L2 teams.

- Provide expertise and guidance on Microsoft 365 and 3rd/4th level support; liaise with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution.

- Assess security threats and implement countermeasures in line with group recommendations and legal obligations; collaborate with infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to manage security aspects of the M365 and on-premise environment; ensure compliance with Group Security policies.

- Provide expertise on the hybrid provisioning platform and collaborate with M365, Architecture, Cyber Defense, Proofpoint, and Group Security teams.

- Collaborate with all AXA entities to deliver robust M365 services.

Required Experience & Skills

Technical Skills

- Experience with Microsoft 365 tenants (minimum 50k users in a single tenant).

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience analyzing, documenting, and maintaining a large-scale messaging infrastructure.

- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 in a Hybrid provisioning and authentication environment.

- At least 3 years of senior expertise with Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Messaging and M365 Collaboration tools.

- At least 3 years of experience integrating LOB applications with Exchange Online via Microsoft Graph / EWS.

- At least 3 years of PowerShell scripting experience.

- Experience in international and heterogeneous environments; knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance services, Purview, Defender.
