About the RoleWe are seeking an Insurance Support Specialist with native Italian and C1 English language skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive support to employees using our client company's insurance
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Managing customer contacts digitally and handling inbound calls and written communications within established guidelines and goals
- Serving as the primary point of contact for policyholders, efficiently resolving cases while identifying and escalating issues if needed
- Completing daily tasks promptly and accurately to support operational efficiency
- Maintaining data accuracy and security within the customer database
- Native level of Italian and at least a C1 level of English
- Ability to complete 1st week of training in Lisbon in the office starting from 6.5
- High school diploma or University Degree
- Passion for customer service
- Proficient in handling inbound calls and written communications within established guidelines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks promptly
- Commitment to maintaining customer information security and confidentiality
- Problem-solving skillful identification and escalation of issues for timely resolution
- Excitement about intercultural communication and commitment to a longer stay in Portugal
- Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
- Holding a valid Portuguese work permit or nationality allowing EU work
- Flexible working arrangement with option to work from anywhere in mainland Portugal (excluding first week of training in Lisbon)
- Unfixed term contract with 30 days probation period
- Full-time schedule with Monday-Friday shifts from 07:00-19:00 and Saturday 08:00-12:00
