About the Role

We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations team. This role involves managing and coordinating the operational implementation of new projects, ensuring successful onboarding and go-live.

The ideal candidate will combine strong organisational skills with the ability to respond effectively to day-to-day operational challenges, while maintaining a structured and empathetic approach.

As an Business Operations Specialist, you will:

- Lead the implementation, onboarding and go-live of new projects
- Manage and oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor daily activity and performance
- Provide reactive support by addressing operational issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth communication
- Drive structured processes to support operational efficiency and customer success

- Based in the Lisbon region (mandatory);
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
- Availability for travel (mandatory);
- Proven experience in project management and/or operations management;
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and dashboard analysis;
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving and communication abilities;
- Empathy, adaptability and resilience in handling operational challenges;
- Interest in contributing to impactful projects in the services sector.
