Descrição

- Lead and develop a team of treasury, credit and collections, fostering engagement, capability development, and high performance.

- Oversee treasury, credit, and collections operations, ensuring processes are effectively implemented, monitored, and continuously improved.

- Support strategic financial decisions, including financing structures, cash flow optimization, and management of foreign exchange and interest rate risks.

- Manage credit risk exposure, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and effective risk assessment and mitigation practices.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs), ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.

- Drive continuous improvement and transformation projects, including process harmonization, simplification, and automation across regions.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

- Collaborate closely with the finance leadership, contributing to decision-making and strategic initiatives.

- Support internal and external audits, promoting a culture of governance and accountability.

Perfil ideal

- Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in treasury, credit and collections leadership roles, ideally within multinational or shared services environments.

- Proven experience in team leadership, with a focus on motivation, development, and performance management.

- Strong understanding of financial processes and controls, with a strategic mindset.

- Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.

- SAP experience is a strong advantage.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
