We are looking for a **Treasury, Credit and Collections Manager** to join our Shared Services Center in Oporto.

**What's the challenge?**
- Manage treasury operations to ensure the effective implementation of the Nors’ financial strategy and compliance with established policies and objectives;
- Support the finance department in decisions related to financing, debt management, and the control of foreign exchange and interest rate risks;
- Manage the Nors’ credit risk exposure, ensuring that risk assessment, monitoring, and mitigation activities are aligned with internal policies and risk management frameworks;
- Lead, guide and develop a global team, promoting motivation, training, and performance management;
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls;
- Monitor performance indicators (SLAs and KPIs);
- Support internal and external audits and participate in continuous improvement projects; Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement: lead process standardization, simplification and harmonization across geographies; identify and implement automation opportunities.**What do we expect from you?**
- Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or related fields;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within multinational environments or Shared Services Centers;
- Experience in process improvement and automation;
- SAP experience is a plus;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong results orientation and commitment to continuous improvement;
- Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders and drive positive organizational transformation;
- Fluency in English.
