Role Overview:
We are looking for a Private Credit Operations Manager to join one of our biggest clients, a leading global financial institution specialized in asset management and private credit solutions.

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)
What you will do:
- Monitor and follow up on activity deliverables, define KPIs/KRIs, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Manage risk by defining and deploying controls, handling incidents, and supporting audits.
- Promote client satisfaction through proactive query management and SLA adherence.
- Contribute to transformation initiatives, including efficiency improvements and system implementations.
- Foster continuous improvement and best practice sharing across teams.
- Drive people development through training plans, feedback, and succession planning.
- Support recruitment processes and ensure proper onboarding and training.
What you are like:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- 5–7 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
