Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Danish and English.
- Provide clear information and assistance to customers.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Requirements
- Fluent or native-level Danish.
- Fluent English.
- Current residence in Portugal.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
