About the Role
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service professional fluent in French and English to join our remote team based in Porto. In this role, you will deliver excellent customer support, identify business opportunities, and suggest additional services to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and suggest additional services to customers. Requirements
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Strong sales skills.
- Digital skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- 1+ years of previous experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service role (preferred).
- Residency in Portugal is preferred for this remote position. Benefits
- Performance bonus of 100,00 €.
- Food allowance of 7.63€ per working day.
