Location: Porto - Leça do Balio

YOUR ROLE:

1. Handle intricate transactions for NFC customers with precision;
2. Offer expert guidance to ensure seamless transaction execution;
3. Develop effective mitigation plans for any issues that arise;
4. Manage escalations that require immediate attention, ensuring fast resolution and customer satisfaction;
5. Assist with legal case support to reduce penalties and protect the customer experience;
6. Collaborate with sales to provide support for new customer activations.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

1. Languages: Proficiency in English is a must;
2. Previous experience in Customer Support and Claims;
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

1. Competitive base salary + Meal Allowance of 9€;
2. Direct contract with the client, with expected entry in March;
3. Flexible working hours: 08H-17H or 09H-18H with hybrid work available after 2 months;
