As a German‑Speaking Customer Advisor, your role will include:

- Providing outstanding support to German‑speaking customers across various communication channels (phone, email, chat).

- Assisting customers with inquiries related to the project, ensuring a high level of accuracy and service quality.

- Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions to enhance the user experience.

- Managing and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

- Keeping updated with project developments, technical processes, and product knowledge.

- Upholding the highest level of professionalism in all customer communications.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

- Fluent German (C1+) with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

- English is not required for this position.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently.

- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- Ability to work remotely within Portugal.

- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
