Job Description:

Are you an Italian speaker looking for new opportunities in Portugal? Do you prioritize the customer's needs and want to work from home anywhere in mainland Portugal supporting sales and providing excellent customer service? Then keep on reading

Your responsibilities and impact as a Sales Support in Portugal will be:

1. Respond to user inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
2. Ensure replies and solutions are delivered to customers within the agreed service levels.
3. Offer inbound sales support and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
4. Ensure all necessary data is captured in the CRM according to client policies and product requirements.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

1. A native level of Italian and at least a B2 level of English.
2. Proficient in handling inbound calls and written communications within established guidelines.
3. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks promptly.
4. Commitment to maintaining customer information security and confidentiality.
5. Problem-solving; skillful identification and escalation of issues for timely resolution.
6. Excitement about intercultural communication and commitment to a longer stay in Portugal.
7. Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
8. Having a valid Portuguese work permit or a nationality that allows you to work in an EU country.

What is in it for you?

1. You can work from anywhere in the mainland of Portugal.
2. Contract of 6 months.
3. Working hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), shifts can be Monday - Saturday 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Rotational shifts), 2 days off per week: Sunday + 1 day rotational.
4. Salary conditions: 1024€ gross/month + performance bonus 225€.
5. Help with acquiring the NIF and SSN.
6. Fully paid professional training.
7. Fun and engaging company-wide initiatives.

If you're relocating from outside of Portugal:

1. Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip).
2. Reimbursement of the flight on the 6th month of contract.
