Insurance Corporate Senior Manager
Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Work arrangement: Hybrid – at least three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for clients' new business quotations, renewals, mid‑term adjustments and general queries.
- Oversee a substantial portfolio of accounts managed by the team and collaborate with the sales team to expand business.
- Develop close and trusting relationships within the insurance markets and with clients.
- Manage a small team of 5 Account Managers as team leader.
- Administer performance appraisals and coach the Account Managers.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or master’s degree.
- At least 8 years of experience in the financial sector.
- Solid experience managing corporate accounts.
- English and Portuguese language proficiency.
- Dynamic interpersonal skills.
- Growth‑oriented, business‑driven mindset.
