The Senior Proposition & Product Manager plays a crucial role in Life & Savings Insurance Strategy. The primary objectives of this position include defining and managing proposition portfolio, developing and oversee a comprehensive range of insurance products and services and ensuring the portfolio aligns with the company's strategic objectives and market needs.

**As Senior Proposition & Product Manager, you will**:

- In-depth knowledge of the local Portuguese Life insurance market and local customer needs related to life and savings products.
- Proactively monitor and analyse the market developments and financial developments to proactively develop needed solutions and with time-to-market.
- Analyse the needs and demographics of customers/segments as well as the distribution network to develop and launch market-leading propositions and products.
- Engage within our Zurich Global environment to learn from existing solutions that can be localized. Perform market benchmarking and respond to evolving needs and develop innovative solutions.
- Position new and enhanced products, propositions, and services to deliver on an excellent customer experience end-to-end.
- Engage regularly and proactively with customers as well as across distribution channels to continuously seek to improve and enhance the proposition and solutions.
- Monitor and ensure alignment with developments related to local and European regulations.

**Qualifications and required profile**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar position with at least 4 years of professional experience, with a track record on business, working with life products in an insurance services industry.
- Good understanding of the insurance industry including its current and future development and challenges.
- Experience in underwriting, portfolio management, finance, or product management within the insurance industry.
- Preferably possess an actuarial background or certification.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and interest in continuous learning, a passion for coming up with creative solutions.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese is a requirement spoken and written.
