Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Start Date: 4 December 2025

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (including Portuguese bank holidays), 08:00 AM 05:00 PM (Portuguese time)

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Work Model: On-Site

Role Overview

Join an international airline team in Lisbon as a Legal Advisor Customer Service supporting the German-speaking market. You will handle inquiries related to customer rights, travel regulations, and legal aspects within airline operations ensuring compliance, clarity, and accuracy in every communication. This position combines legal understanding with exceptional customer support, bridging client concerns and corporate governance in the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide legal advisory support around airline passenger rights and international travel compliance.

- Assist customers in German and English via phone and email on policy clarification, contract obligations, and complaint resolutions.

- Collaborate with internal compliance and customer support teams to ensure all communications meet regulatory standards (EU261 and related legislation).

- Document and elevate complex cases in alignment with airline corporate procedures.

- Maintain a service-driven attitude while applying professional legal judgment in correspondence with customers.

Compensation Package

- Base Salary: 1,100 per month x 14 payments yearly

- Performance Bonus: 150 per month x 12 payments yearly

- Welcome Bonus: 3,000 (paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year; each installment conditional on maintaining less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the month prior)

- Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day

- Transport Allowance: 20 per month

- Position Bonus (Braga only): 20 per month

- Accommodation: Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months, with rent of 280 (utilities included, deducted from payslip).

- Candidates already in mainland Portugal may be considered for remote evaluation (not applicable for island residents).
