If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as a **Legal Back-Office Advisor in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)**, you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence.
**What you will do in this role**:
As a Legal Back-Office Advisor, you will:
- Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.
- Understand the customer's unique situation and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.
- Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer’s claiming foundations.
**Your qualifications**:
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Have a high level of Spanish (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative (a plus)
- Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
