**About the job role**:
As a Back-Office & Legal Representative, you will verify that transport operators are treating all passengers in accordance with their rights. Passengers who believe their rights under the regulation have not been respected should contact the body in the country where the incident took place.

Please note you will not deal with clients only with lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies.

**As a Back-Office & Legal Representative, you will**:

- Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers in accordance with their rights.
- Understand the customer's unique situations and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.
- Manage legal claims with different actors with lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer’s claiming foundations.

**We are looking for**
- Proficiency in **French (C2)** and fluency in **English (B2)**:

- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- It and multitasking skills are valued
- Previous experience in a Travel Agency, Hotel, Customer Service or Supplier Department is a plus
- Previous experience in B2B interactions is a plus
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
