About 80% of our managers and leaders have been promoted from within That’s why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you’ve always envisioned. **What you will do in this role** As a Legal Back-Office Advisor, you will: - Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights. - Understand the customer's unique situation and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims. - Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer’s claiming foundations. **Your qualifications** Concentrix is a great match if you: - Have a high level of Spanish (C2) and fluent in English (B2) - Have excellent communication skills - Have previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus - Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player If you feel you don’t check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
