Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Agent will include:
- Providing world-class support for top global brands.
- Answering incoming customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Identifying issues and delivering effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately recording customer data in the CRM system.
- Providing ad-hoc support as needed.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve success.

- A native level of Finnish and a fluent level of English.
- Strong understanding of excellent customer experience and its impact.
- A high school diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Excellent listening skills and clear communication abilities.
- A commitment to professionalism and excellence.
- Teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Excitement about intercultural communication and working in an international environment.
- Living in or willing to relocate to Greece for an exciting career opportunity.
- A valid Greek work permit or EU nationality allowing you to work in Greece.
