What You'll do

- Support the implementation and continuous evolution of the organization's Data Governance program.
- Configure, integrate, and optimize Microsoft Purview (data catalog, classification, lineage, and policies).
- Ensure data governance integration across the entire data lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with IT, Data, Security, and Privacy teams (including CISO and DPO).
- Define and monitor Data Governance and Data Quality policies, standards, metrics, and KPIs.
- Contribute to the training and enablement of data owners, data stewards, and business teams.
- Promote data best practices and a data-driven culture across the organization.

Who You Are

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven hands‑on experience with Microsoft Purview (cataloging, classification, lineage, metadata, and policies).
- Strong knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Privacy.
- Experience defining data governance operating models, including roles, processes, and frameworks.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Experience and Skills

- Experience with other Data Governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica).
- Knowledge of Azure and the Microsoft Data & AI ecosystem.
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft Purview, Azure, Data Governance, Data Management).
- Experience in complex and regulated corporate environments.
- Awareness of GDPR, Information Security, and Compliance topics.
