For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

- Over 5 years working as a Database Administrator with AWS RDS and Aurora, PostgreSQL and MySQL

- Experience handling Redshift installation and setup

- Strong background in performance tuning

- Ability to optimize queries

- Workload management expertise

- Practical use of S3 is a plus

- Familiarity with IAM configuration is a plus

- Experience building with Lambda is a plus

- Monitoring and troubleshooting using CloudWatch is a plus

- English at least B2 level

- Availability for hybrid module, 3 times a week
