Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Dutch speaker to join our International team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in BPO. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Customer Support Representative (English and Dutch Speaker)

Industry: BPO (Business Process Outsourcing)

Locations: Portugal, Greece, and Spain

Special Note for Portugal: Company accommodation provided

Relocation Support: Available for all locations

Working Hours: Depending on project, on-site

Salary: To be discussed

Benefits:

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer support in English and Dutch through various channels (phone, email, chat).
2. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and empathetic service.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
2. Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Flexibility to work different shifts depending on project requirements.
