Manager – Revenue Growth Lead/Business Development Strategy

- Design and execute a commercial growth and sales strategy aligned to long-term business objectives
- Use sales analytics, dashboards, KPIs and pipeline data to guide decision-making and forecasting
- Lead and develop a high-performing business development team
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including complex, high-value client engagements
- Translate fund administration capabilities into compelling, client-focused solutions
- Oversee RFPs, proposals, pricing models and deal governance
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance and Compliance
- Provide executive-level reporting, insights and recommendations
- Ensure adherence to governance, risk, regulatory and CRM requirements
- Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and technology enablement

What makes you the perfect candidate?

- 8–10+ years' experience in business development or commercial leadership within investment management, fund administration or financial services
- Strong understanding of fund administration services and regulatory frameworks
- Proven success delivering data-led sales strategies and revenue growth
- Advanced CRM and analytics capability (Salesforce, Excel, Power BI or similar)
- Commercially astute, strategically minded, and highly credible with senior stakeholders
- Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a complex, regulated environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally
