7. Manage HR budgets and provide insights to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in HR Management or related field with relevant experience in a similar role.
2. General knowledge on all HR domains.
3. Excellent command of the English language.
4. Skilled in Microsoft Office and HR software with the ability to adapt to new systems.
5. Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
